Positives: The biggest plus point of VyprVPN is its parent group’s technological standing in the market. VyprVPN supports almost all the operating systems including Windows (all versions), Linux (Ubuntu & Fedora) and Mac OS. It also supports almost all devices including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android, the support for Windows Mobile and Symbian is not yet available. VyprVPN supports PPTP, L2TP and more secure OpenVPN Protocol. It offer very simple 2 packages “Secure & More Secure”, which are priced little high, but the quality of connection and provider justifies it. Plus the comprehensive availability of tutorials on all the supported OS and Devices gives VyprVPN a slight edge over its competitors. Negatives: I will start with saying the support methods are very limited i.e. only through support ticket and email, where all the VPN providers are adopting Remote Desktop and On-call Support methods, VyprVPN is still not offering anyone of them. Servers in only 3 countries i.e. USA, Netherlands and Singapore also limits VyprVPN’s customer to these three countries only. VyprVPN only offers Credit Card as a mode of payment currently, which also limits it from security freaks. No dedicated IP also adds to the negatives of the quality service provider. In Short: If you want to go for Quality and Reliability… Go for VyprVPN. They are best in that! Although there are some limitations like limited payment methods, support methods and no dedicated IPS. But if none of these affect your purchase process, I think you should go for VyprVPN. I am sure they are working hard to increase their servers, support methods and payment methods.
