To support and handle customer queries, it supports customers through Live Chat, Email, Support Ticket, Forum and Remote Desktop Support. Plus, honestly the support is very friendly. The Bad: There is hardly anything bad about this ready go to and simple VPN Service. Though there are few things that can be added to align it with customers seeking L2TP VPN and Servers in other European Countries, Asia or just want more choices in servers and countries. Moreover, adding windows based SSTP can also add to choices in protocols for customers. Everything else is fine. Bottom Line: I would highly recommend VPN Master. I will ask you to try it just for the sake of its simplicity and ease. No Speed Problems, no stability problems and doing everything which a VPN should do. What else do we need from a VPN? Go for it!!
